We are happy to announce that this year's south central competition will be in Austin TX January 7-10, 2010. The 2010 SCRBC will be hosted by Cuvee Coffee Roasters, Caffe Medici, and Waterfall Gourmet Beverages! Round one has finished with the following competitors advancing to the finals (in no particular order):

Where To Begin?

So you've decided to take your barista abilities and knowledge to the next level and participate in the USBC program...now what? Start with becoming much more familiar with the USBC Rules and Regulations and Scoresheets. The Barista Guild of America offers a tremendous amount of resources to its members through certification programs, online forums and barista fellowship!
