Tasting Notes: Bin478 is a single estate, semi-washed, K7 Arabica variety. It is a bright but delicate coffee, with muscatel-like fresh fruit sweetness and a well balanced but lingering acidity. Flavors of kumquat and honeydew melon also resound with an intriguing aroma of vanilla and stonefruits.
